I think the price/quality ratio is ok, the colours of my pictures are almost the same as on the computer screen and as the prints are often a bit darker when printed on paper, I was glad.
The software also worked well, after a few tries.
The onyl thing is that there was a printing error on a page and customer support wasnt really forthcoming or helpful.
